Shipping & Delivery
Where we deliver, how much it costs in your currency and how long it takes.
In short: we ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, every EU country, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway. Orders leave us within 2–4 business days with tracking. The delivery cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to:
- North America: United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.
- United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
- Rest of Europe: Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
If your country is not listed, checkout will not accept the address. Email us and we will tell you if we can help.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You receive an order confirmation email straight away, and a second email with your tracking number when the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery rates and times
Every order is sent with a tracked standard service. Costs are charged in the currency of your delivery country. Estimated delivery times start from the day of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks and public holidays can add time. The cost shown at checkout is the cost you pay us for delivery.
Customs, duties and taxes
If your parcel crosses a customs border, your country’s customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. Any tax we collect is shown as a separate line at checkout before you pay. Duties or taxes that are not collected at checkout are charged by the carrier or customs authority and are payable by the recipient.
If you refuse a parcel because of these charges, we will refund the price of the items once the parcel is returned to us. We cannot refund the original delivery cost or any return shipping cost charged to us by the carrier in that case, unless the law of your country requires us to.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If you created an account, you can also see your order status under Your account → Orders. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, email us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can change the address while the order has not been dispatched. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect a parcel.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, email support@tovelia.shop with your order number (and photos if the parcel is damaged). We will trace it with the carrier and, if it is confirmed lost or damaged, send a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
